Bill came out and removed the clog in the main sewer line. A camera inspection revealed a hole in the pipe, requiring additional work to be performed by My Plumber.

It is the second time I am using the Company for major repairs. On two occasions I found that the prices were too high even though I was given discount. It was way too costly for such services delivered. Next time I will have to seriously think hard before I call the company for the services.

The plumber was very experienced and did the work with passion and professinalism. I was very much satisfied and this made up for the disappointment I had when I made appointment and waited for 2 hrs beyond the appointment time!!! Eventhough I got discount I still thought that the price was a little bit steep since I had to pay upfront.

Bill H. I ran y cable down the drain about 45 feet. Stoppage is clear at this time. Camera was onsite when i left.
Pipes in the home knocked when you flushed the toilet. Tech replaced the pressure reducing valve (PRV). To stop pipes from knocking. The 1’ valve was replaced. No leaks and no knocking. Work is complete. 6 month warranty on parts and labor.
Arrived to perform hsphvac maintenance on ac system to find system not cooling home. Found condenser motor not running due to bad capacitor, replaced with new 45/5 capacitor and system began cooling home. Compressor amps(12.7) condenser motor (1.3), condenser coil is dirty but customer will wait for service. Refrigerant (r410) levels(150/350) are good but a little high due to condenser coil restrictions. Temp drop 76/52. Controls and wiring at both furnace and condenser unit are good. Air filter and return duct are clean as well. Cleared ez trap to prevent condensate blockage. No further problems to report.
Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance maintenance. Inspected furnace, ducts need cleaning, blower wheel assembly clean, filter ok, capacitor rated 12.5 reading 12.57, blower amps ok, and temperature difference of 22 degrees. Condenser coils clean, capacitor within factory specifications, contactor began pitting - with customers approval replaced capacitor, and compressor/fan amps ok. System is operating normal at this time. Thanks for your business
Tech auger water closet (toilet) on the main floor powder room. Stoppage is clear and the water closet is operating properly. There are no leaks at this time. Work is complete.

Inspected 33yr old gas furnace to find blower motor running nonstop due to bad relay on control board. Discussed board replacement with customer and system replacement due to excessive rust in and around heat exchanger but customer(senior citizen) is not interested at the time. Customer requested to turn off system manually , we then found bad emergency cutoff switch not allowing system to shut down. Also discussed carbon monoxide detector with customer but he request to wait for a later date.
